Recent Tipperary Listed winner First Cornerstone has been supplemented to the Galileo Futurity Stakes taking place at the Curragh this Sunday at a cost of 9,500 euro. Trainer Andy Oliver is very keen on the chances of his Hurricane Run colt. “The horse is very fit and very well,” he said. “We are delighted by the way he came out of the Tipperary race and he proved on that occasion that he can handle cut in the ground. The plan is to run and he goes there with a fighting chance.” The Group 2 contest has also brought together our two top juvenile performers in Dawn Approach and Mars who are among 14 horses remaining in the contest over 7 furlongs.
